Danika and Zach have almost 40 years combined experience in the hospitality industry of Minnesota, Colorado, and California. Prior to moving back to his hometown of Rochester, Minnesota, Zach was cooking at one of the best restaurants of the world, The French Laundry in Yountville, California. Danika was working at the prestigious and award winning Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, California. In addition to Cafe Relish, they also own and operate Cameo, located in downtown Rochester, Minnesota.
Cameo offers innovative New American cuisine inspired by dishes and spices from around the world. We focus on seasonality and technique, allowing our capable chefs to create a one-of-a-kind experience in Rochester. In addition to our regular menu, we have a variety of weekly specials. Additionally, we offer a 5-course tasting menu featuring unique dishes curated to you. If you are looking for great food in a more casual atmosphere, come in to try our bar menu. The restaurant’s industrial interior features two semi-private dining rooms able to accommodate large parties, a full-service bar, a chef’s counter, and our library of over 700 bottles.
Ziggys is our new fast casual ghost kitchen concept serving hand dipped chicken tenders, smash burgers and other fun creations for all the connoisseurs of fried chicken. All of our food is freshly made in house to order, including our buttermilk brined chicken, house pickles, and all of our original sauces. Orders can be placed through our website or through Doordash!
