Danika and Zach have almost 40 years combined experience in the hospitality industry of Minnesota, Colorado and California. Prior to moving back to his hometown of Rochester, Minnesota, Zach was cooking at one of the best restaurants of the world The French Laundry in Yountville, California and Danika was working at the prestigious and award winning Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, California. They also own and operate Cameo Restaurant located in downtown Rochester, Minnesota.
